How to Make Reservations

Reservations can be made by using the following method:

Online

• Kindly use the booking link to secure your reservation at the CPA Ontario rate.
• Locate the "Book" button at the top right corner of the page and click on it.
• The CPA Ontario discount has already been incorporated into the rate, so no additional codes or actions are required to receive the discount.

Terms & Conditions

• Room rates are quoted in Canadian Funds and are net, non-commissionable.
• Rates do not include applicable provincial and local taxes and are subject to a 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) and a 6% Municipal Accommodation Tax (MAT), with MAT also subject to HST, resulting in a total tax of 19.78%. Taxes are subject to change without notice.
• Rates are based on Non-Last Room Availability (NLRA). Non-Last Room Availability (NLRA) refers to limited guestroom inventory whereby the negotiated rate is subject to availability.
• Guests may be requested to provide documentation establishing their affiliation with Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPA Ontario) upon check-in. This includes presenting their CPA Ontario Member/Student ID Number, such as a screenshot of your MyPortal account, at the time of booking.
• Rates do not apply to bookings of 10 rooms or more on peak nights. Groups are subject to group pricing, which may differ from rates for individual travelers. For information regarding group rates, please contact our sales office directly.
• Room rates are based on single or double occupancy. An additional guest will incur a charge of $50.00 plus tax per person, per night, if the room configuration allows.
• All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card at the time of booking.
• Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 12:00 noon. 

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

If a reservation needs to be canceled, it must be done by 3:00 p.m., 48 hours prior to the day of arrival. Cancellations made after this time will be subject to a fee equivalent to one night's room rate and applicable taxes.

In the event of a no-show, where a traveler fails to check in for a guaranteed reservation, a charge equivalent to one night's room and tax will apply, and any subsequent nights will be canceled.
